What sneakers can you clean?
We clean most everyday sneakers — canvas, mesh, leather, and synthetic materials. We don't provide service for high-end/luxury sneakers or sneakers made with very delicate materials.
What if a stain doesn't fully come out?
Some stains and discoloration can be permanent and can't always be fully removed. Every clean is backed by our Clean Shoes Guarantee: if you're not satisfied, we'll clean it again at no cost.
How long does it take?
Most orders are back at your door within 72 hours or less (business days).
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes — pickup and delivery is available anywhere in Regina for a flat +$10, Monday–Friday 5–8pm and Saturday 9am–1pm.
How do I pay?
By e-Transfer to hello@cleanshoes.ca. Include the full name from your request in the payment message — we'll confirm your transfer before your shoes are picked up.
Do I get a discount for multiple pairs?
Yes — batches of 2 or more pairs get 15% off the total, across any combination of our 3 services.
